Leading up to the New Year I had been seriously obsessing on what my plans would be all because I could not wait to wear this fabulous Sparkling Paillettes dress from Forever 21+ which I wore to a New Years Eve Party. You can't tell me that I didn't rock this 10 times better than the model (feeling myself much :)) and not all I want to do is buy sparkly dresses...if only I had a place to wear them.

I loved that this dress was only $34 BUT I hated that the sequins scratched my arms something terrible!
