The inspiration for the look came from costume designer Lyn Paolo's desire to "create a vision of femininity, but still show strength."
Oliva's character is always wearing tailored separates with an impeccable fit so I opted for the H&M blazer and BCBGMAXAZRIA trousers. Adding some lady-like detailing into the look with this Mango top an accessories with a Rebecca Minkoff Classic, the M.A.C. top handle bag, H&M pumps and a Michael Kors watch. Of course we could not forget a statement coat, a garment that Olivia is known for so we went for this Zara jacket with a intersting neck line and faux leather sleeves to complete your Olivia Pope look. The great thing is aside from the watch and the bag the other items are less than $200 dollars.
