NOTW:: Polka Dot Party w/Milani & Essie

I'm finally back to trying to do something productive with my nails *throws confetti* and I've decided to try my hand at incorporating some nail art! My budget has been super tight these days and since I've been unable to make it to the nail salon I've also neglected polishing and taking care of my nails BUT those days are now over and I hope to share with you all my weekly nails.

Here's What I used::
China Glaze Top & Bottom Coat
Milani Nail Lacquer in "JUST GRAYT"
Essie in "Off the Shoulder"
Kiss Brush on Nail Art Paint in "Soft Blue,Beach Yellow & Beach Pink"

It's clear that I won't be turning into a nail blogger overnight BUT at least I'm off to some kind of start!
