This upcoming spring, it's all about prints, prints, and more prints! This trend is quite reminiscent of the early 90's, when Versace, Benetton and Esprit were the "Print Mix-masters"! So, I'm all too excited about this trend and to see it make a comeback! You can expect to be dazzled and overwhelmed with a smorgasbord of mixed-mashed animal prints, Ikat prints, floral prints and more in neon brights & jewel tones.
For the most part prints can be quite exciting, yet they can be very scary all at the same time, but if you're pretty good with mashing up prints and pulling it all back together, then go for it.
For those who want to play it a little safe and who'd rather not risk looking like Bozo the Clown, I'd say take it slow. It only takes one brightly-hued printed piece to spice up an outfit. I am a huge fan of stripes. I have a few black/white striped shirts and one green/black. I want to find a cute pair of floral jeans for spring/summer. I had the best pair in 7th..many thousands of moons ago.
