Ro's Top Moments of 2011:: Meeting Reggie Wells

Its not every day that you get the opportunity to meet and talk with one of your makeup idols BUT I had the great honor of meeting Reggie Wells this year at The Makeup Show New York. Words can't even describe how amazing the conversation was, I was literally at the point of tears upon listening to his stories of making it in the makeup industry.

Mr. Wells engaged us all, sharing how he got started, stories of creating/mixing makeup for Women of Color at a time when it rarely existed for us. I'll never forget his words of wisdom, sense of humor and willingness to share with us budding makeup artists.
