October 29th:: Personal Workout Plan
I will be the first one to tell you that I really hate working out...I hate the soreness, being out of breath, sweating! I just hate it all!
But...the time has come for me to get on Kanye's Workout Plan!
I've given a shot at bootcamp and although I thought my instructor was out to kill me, it was really beneficial but due to my hectic schedule, I wasn't able to commit to set times. I won't deny that I ALWAYS feel better after a good workout even though I may complain the entire time.
Here's the plan...
1. Take a morning walk around the neighborhood on a daily basis I think this will help me fight the "sleepies" every day! I'm much too young (29) to be as tired as I am sometimes.
2. Join the gym: Honestly, it's the only way that I'll stay motivated and I think I'll drag my little sister with me for added support.
Once I settle on a day to day plan I'll update this post.
